Room with a View – A Journey Through Italy
A collection of twelve handmade chocolates inspired by our experiences of Italian cities, islands, flavours and memories. Room with a View travels from the lemon groves of Ischia to the bittersweet aperitivo flavours of Milano, with each chocolate telling a different part of our journey.

The Twelve Chocolates

Ischia – White chocolate handpainted dome with a silky limoncello and fennel seed ganache; bright, aromatic and evocative of the island’s lemon groves.
Saronno to Sorrento – Milk chocolate dome with Amaretto di Saronno, orange zest and Sorrento orange; warm, fragrant and sun-kissed. Modena – Milk chocolate soft caramel cube with strawberry and balsamic vinegar, balancing ripe fruit sweetness with the distinctive tang of Modena.
Firenze – Burnished dark chocolate with Chardonnay grappa and frutti di bosco; rich forest fruits with an elegant warming finish.
Venezia by Moonlight – White chocolate truffle with Marc de Champagne and peach purée; delicate, fruity and inspired by Venice after dark.
Bologna – Dark chocolate heart with an olive and rosemary ganache. An unusual savoury-herbal combination with a distinctly Italian character.
Torino – Inspired by the classic Bicerin, this dome combines dark, milk and white chocolate with hazelnut, espresso and Frangelico.
Lingotto – White and milk chocolate with hazelnut; a rich nod to Turin’s celebrated chocolate and manufacturing heritage.
Lucca – Milk chocolate truffle with Vin Santo and traditional cantuccini; a taste of Tuscany with a crisp almond biscuit finish.
Palermo – Dark chocolate and pistachio truffle with a white chocolate, citrus and cinnamon ganache; aromatic, spiced and unmistakably Sicilian.
Napoli – White chocolate Cremino with almond, pistachio, strawberry and vanilla; colourful, rich and inspired by Naples.
Milano – Handpainted oblong milk chocolate with Campari and Amaro Lucano; distinctive, bittersweet and unmistakably Italian.
